Deposit + payment plan
Prefer to spread the cost? You can secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit, then pay the remaining balance via a payment plan. The full balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.

There are two main ways to reach our Caribbean Reading Retreat on St. Eustatius: Option 1: Via St. Maarten (SXM) Fly into Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), then take a short Winair flight (approx. 20 minutes) to F.D. Roosevelt Airport (EUX) in St. Eustatius. Option 2: Via St. Kitts Fly into Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts, then take a pre-arranged water taxi to St. Eustatius (approx. 60–75 minutes). If you need help choosing the best route or flights, we’re always happy to guide you — and we’ll provide full transfer details once your travel is confirmed.

Our retreat is hosted within the beautiful Golden Rock Resort, nestled on the lush island of St. Eustatius in the Dutch Caribbean. Please note that as this is a resort setting, some facilities — including the pool and restaurant — may be shared with external guests outside of our Reading Retreat group.
Golden Rock Resort is set across hillside grounds with steps, slopes, and uneven pathways throughout. Because of the natural terrain, the resort may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility or those requiring step-free access. If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability and support where possible.
Once your place is secured, you’ll receive a welcome pack with everything you need to know — including your final payment link, full itinerary, and local recommendations. Around 60 days before the trip, you’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group where all further trip communication will take place and you can start connecting with fellow guests.
