Returns Policy

We hope you love your new Ladies Who Lit merch as much as we loved creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  
  
• Returned in its original packaging (where possible).
  
  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
  
  

Please note:

• Sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition products (such as Reading Retreat merch or collaboration items) are non-refundable.
  
  
• You’ll be responsible for return postage unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
  
  

To start a return, please email help@ladieswholit.com with your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Our team will provide the return address and next steps.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.
Exchanges are sent once the original item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing help@ladieswholit.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible — our treat, of course.
