Meet Megan
I'm a lifelong book lover and founder of this unique community for women who share my passion for reading and travel. While travelling full-time across Central America and Europe, I found myself devouring book after book but missing a space to connect with others about the stories I’d read. So, I decided to create one.
Ladies Who Lit began as a no-pressure book club and has since grown into something much more—a sisterhood of women who gather online and in stunning locations across the UK, Europe and beyond to bond over books, share stories, and unwind together.
Whether it’s through our vibrant WhatsApp community, relaxed virtual meet-ups (wine optional but encouraged!), or immersive Reading Retreats, I’m here to help women carve out time for connection, relaxation, and self-care.

Liza, a former math teacher turned Online Business Manager, supports Megan in building Ladies Who Lit. Her diverse background, including a passion for books like Legendborn and Not in Love, and Muay Thai, equipped her to manage projects and connect with the community. She's a key part of the Ladies Who Lit team.

Chloë is our resident photographer who works with us at Ladies Who Lit to capture the spirit of our retreats, creating beautiful and authentic imagery that reflects the unique experiences we offer. Her images beautifully convey the essence of our Reading Retreats, from the serene landscapes to the genuine connections formed amongst our guests.

Two ways to join, same full access to the catch-ups, the chaos, and the community. So pick your pace—just don’t ghost us halfway. Go monthly for the slow burn or pay the total up-front and save a little, but once you’re in, you’re in. This membership is a 12-month commitment…no plot twists or mid-season exits!
