LWcL Paid Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By purchasing a Ladies Who Clit (LWcL) paid membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all paid membership services provided under the Ladies Who Clit brand, operated by Ladies Who Lit.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if this condition is breached.

• All payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice.
• Your membership will remain active for 30 days from the date of cancellation, after which access will end and future billing will stop.
• Payments already made are non-refundable.
• If a billing date falls within the 30-day notice period, one final payment may be taken.
• Annual memberships can be cancelled at any time to prevent renewal at the end of the current term. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Renewals

• Memberships automatically renew monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
• You will receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days prior to renewal.

8. Community Guidelines

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• Respect differing tastes, boundaries, and experiences

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if behaviour is deemed harmful, unsafe, or misaligned with the community ethos.

9. Use of Membership Access & Offers

• Membership access, discounts, and perks are for personal use only.
• Sharing login details, content, or member-only materials is prohibited.
• Misuse may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

10. Confidentiality & Sharing of Content

LWcL is a private, members-only community. By joining, you agree that all content, discussions, materials, messages, prompts, and communications shared within LWcL are confidential and intended for personal use only.

Members must not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or publish LWcL content outside the membership
• Screenshot, forward, or repost discussions or materials
• Share login details or grant access to non-members

Any breach of confidentiality or unauthorised sharing of LWcL content may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
